Volunteer Application System
We are pleased you are interested in volunteer opportunities with our district. In accordance with RCW 43.43.830 (Regulatory Code of Washington), Richland School District is required to register all volunteers and perform a background check through the Washington State Patrol. You will begin the process by clicking REGISTER below to submit a volunteer application. You may return at any time and click Update Application to add or change information.

You are required to have an email address to utilize this system. If you do not currently have an email address you may obtain one by searching the internet for a free email address (e.g. hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com).

GET STARTED: If you have not used the system before, click the Register button below to get started.

Note: If you have created an online job application this system will recognize your account.  Please start by clicking the REGISTER button below.  On the next page enter the exact same information (email, First Name, Last Name and password) as you used in job application system.   If you are creating a new application and have not used the Job Application be sure you do not utilize an email address used in this system by another person, such as a spouse or friend as that would connect those applications. If you are not sure contact us first and we can see if the email you plan on  using is already in use.

UPDATE: If you have used the system, click below to update your volunteer application.

If you need help with your application, please contact the District office at  509-967-6000 or email us at volunteers@rsd.edu

IMPORTANT:  Most of our communication is done via email.  To be sure that you are receiving all communication from our District please add richland.volunteers@hrmplus.net to your email address book.
